Shane English Schools

Shane English is a well-established and respected chain of EFL schools. We place a great emphasis on providing a good quality, good value, caring service to our students and as a result a high proportion of these students join through word of mouth recommendations and/or as a result of observing or participating in classes on a trial or demonstration basis.

Shane English Schools started in Japan in 1977 and have expanded into Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Algeria, Poland, Thailand and the UK. Shane English Schools are members of The Saxoncourt Group of companies.

Shane in Beijing

Beijing has five Shane schools: Saoyaoju, Zhichunlu, Xisanqi, Huilongguan and Sanlitun. Each school is small and friendly - we like to provide a personal touch by knowing all our students' names, their parents are made to feel welcome to the school, and the atmosphere is very warm.

Beijing is a great city, especially for those new to China - as well as adventure and culture, there is a large expat community and a range of western restaurants and bars, making foreigners feel more at home.
